Hello !

My name is Stacie Klein. Welcome to my home kitchen where I strive to bring you fresh-baked and delicious breads and scones for your enjoyment, free of any added preservatives and chemicals.

My Story

I have been baking since jr. high, making cakes, cookies, and bread at home.  In my first few years out of high school I started making sourdough breads and worked through a sourdough cookbook, trying every recipe (which my co-workers thoroughly enjoyed).  I have always enjoyed the feel of the dough and working with it.  When I see a different recipe my first reaction is that I want to try it.  I have baked sweet breads as well as savory, in addition to a variety of pastries.  Christmas has always been a time to make 7 to 10 different cookie recipes and share with the neighbors.  I started playing with cake decorating when my children were young and then later took all the Wilton classes for cake decorating to learn “proper” techniques.  Bottom line – baking is one of the things I truly enjoy and have done all my life.  I look forward to sharing that enjoyment with others, and meeting new friends along the way.
